By placing an order, you agree to this.

Ordering: Orders go to fulfillment fast. If you need to change or cancel, email support@gethoneybutter.com immediately. If it hasn't been packed, we'll fix it. If it has shipped, you'll need to return it after delivery.

Pricing & Taxes: Prices are in CHF / USD as shown at checkout. For orders outside Switzerland, customs, duties and import taxes are NOT included. Your local carrier may charge these on delivery and they are not refundable by us.

Delivery: If your order is returned because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable (wrong address, missing apartment no), we will deduct the shipping cost + any import fees from your refund.

Colors & Materials: We try to show colors accurately, but screens vary. Our trays are made with natural materials and coatings, so small variations are normal and not defects.

Returns: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
Sale items over 50% off, bundles, and free gifts are final sale unless defective.
